Ecoplant is a fast-growing, award-winning AI-based SaaS company on a mission to create a greener, smarter industrial world. We help industrial plants reduce energy waste, CO₂ emissions, and unplanned downtime by bringing automation, visibility, and intelligence to compressed air systems. Our innovative platform modernizes outdated infrastructure, enabling leading manufacturers to cut costs, optimize performance, and operate more efficiently than ever.

We’re looking for a Field & Integration Engineer who thrives on solving real-world technical puzzles. If you enjoy balancing high-level remote support with hands-on work on actual hardware, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Advanced Troubleshooting: Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point. When a field installation encounters an issue, you will provide back-office configuration or remote support to resolve it.
  • Mapping & Integration: Identify third-party assets and map industrial protocols (Modbus, Profibus) to ensure seamless communication.
  • On-Site Leadership: Lead physical installations and hardware commissioning, ensuring our "Local PLC" solutions are ready to scale.
  • Defining Logic: Implement control logic directly into compressed air systems, optimizing machine behavior in real time.
  • Bridge to Product: Translate field “bugs” and challenges into actionable insights, guiding R&D teams in building better features.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in a role combining technical support with hands-on deployment.

• Hands-on experience with PLC & SCADA systems (programming, commissioning, or advanced support).

• Strong knowledge of industrial connectivity, including Ethernet/IP, TCP/IP, and MQTT.

• Comfort working in a Linux environment to configure gateways and debug connectivity.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a comparable technical background.
