NESS is seeking an experienced MS .NET Development Team Leader to lead major software development projects within the financial and accounting systems domain.

Our development environment combines Node.js, Angular, Dynamics CRM, and SQL Server / MongoDB databases.

Full-time position, based in Jerusalem (Har Hotzvim), in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities:

*Lead a team of developers, both professionally and personally.

*Develop and maintain core enterprise systems.

*Lead the development of Frontend and Backend components.

*Maintain and troubleshoot complex issues in existing systems.

*Conduct code reviews, drive upgrades and improvements.

*Design, develop, and oversee integrations and REST APIs between multiple organizational systems in a complex environment.

Required Education (Mandatory):

• bachelor's degree in computer science OR computer engineering OR a bachelor’s degree in another field plus at least 300 academic hours of advanced courses (in Information Systems.)
• Or an engineering degree that includes at least 200 hours of advanced software courses Or a practical engineering diploma in Computers or Technology.
• Or a graduate of an IDF technological unit with relevant professional experience.

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in .NET development, working with technologies such as Node.js, Angular, and/or Dynamics CRM.
• At least 7 years of overall software development experience within the past 5 years, including hands-on work on large-scale enterprise systems.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in team leadership or management, including mentoring and professional development of developers.
• Solid experience working with SQL Server and/or MongoDB, including complex queries and performance optimization.
