We are looking for an experienced, independent Data Analyst with strong project ownership capabilities to join the Marketing & Strategy team in a leading financial organization.
This role involves cross-functional collaboration across the organization, end-to-end ownership of analytical processes, and delivering impactful business insights to support marketing and sales activities.
What You’ll Do
- Perform complex analytical analysis on organizational data
- Lead data projects end-to-end – from requirements gathering to full implementation
- Generate reports, business insights, and actionable recommendations for management and sales teams
- Work closely with Project Management and Account Management teams, coordinating across key stakeholders
- Drive methodological improvements and build analytical models and data infrastructures
Requirements
- Relevant academic degree – required
- At least 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst (including student positions) – required
- Strong experience working with databases and writing SQL queries – required
- High proficiency in Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to lead projects, manage stakeholders, and handle multiple priorities
- Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to derive insights and present them clearly
Nice to Have
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or sales/retention environments
- Experience with BI tools such as SAP BO or Power BI
- Strong business acumen and marketing-oriented thinking
- Experience working in large organizations or with marketing teams
