Position Summary
We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer with strong product thinking and a passion for developer experience. In this role, you will design, build, and evolve internal platform capabilities that support game development teams, working across infrastructure, backend services, and tooling. You will collaborate with multiple teams to identify friction points, improve workflows, and deliver scalable, reliable solutions.
This position requires a hands-on engineer who can balance quick wins with long-term improvements, take ownership, and drive impact across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain internal developer platform capabilities (CI/CD, environments, observability, infrastructure).
- Identify and resolve developer pain points through data, feedback, and hands-on investigation.
- Develop shared services, tools, and components to improve development speed and quality.
- Promote engineering excellence, including reliability, automation, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and drive improvements.
- Own operational aspects of systems, including monitoring, SLIs/SLOs, and on-call participation.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term platform strategy.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of software engineering experience (platform, infrastructure, or DevOps focus).
- Strong product mindset with a passion for improving developer experience.
- Experience building and operating distributed systems.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language (C#, Go, Python, or Typescript).
- Hands-on experience with AWS and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Knowledge of security, compliance, or platform governance.
