Our CRM division within the Technology Group is growing, and we’re looking for you! A talented CRM Dynamics Developer.

This role is ideal for a hands‑on technical leader who thrives on designing complex solutions, driving architectural decisions, and guiding a talented development team!

What you’ll do?

• Managing and leading a CRM Dynamics development team
• Full professional responsibility for both On‑Prem and Online solutions
• Making architectural decisions and designing complex solutions
• Ensuring code quality, best practices, performance, troubleshooting, and information security
• Working closely with infrastructure teams, security teams, and external vendors
• Planning and implementing integrations with core systems (ESB / API / Web Services)

What are we looking for?

• At least 5 years of experience in CRM Dynamics development
• A minimum of one year of experience as a Development Team Lead or Tech Lead
• Experience working with SQL Server
• Experience with integrations using Web Services / REST / SOAP / APIs
