We are seeking a talented and experienced GenAI Specialist

To be a part of an exciting and new project with a leading organization.

We are building a new initiative focused on scaling Generative AI across the organization from LLM-based applications and AI agents to enterprise knowledge systems and developer productivity tools.

This role combines hands-on development, architecture, and real organizational impact, enabling the adoption of cutting-edge AI technologies in complex environments.

Requirements:

• Experience with LLMs (evaluation, deployment, prompt engineering, safety)
• Hands-on experience with AI Agents (e.g., Copilot, Copilot Studio, or similar)
• Strong experience with RAG systems and enterprise data integration
• Development experience with AWS Bedrock and LLM-based solutions
• Full-stack development (frontend & backend) with AI integration
• Familiarity with AI research tools (including work in restricted / air-gapped environments)
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools
• Ability to build internal AI platforms / portals
• Experience in training, enablement, and driving adoption
• Strong research mindset and ability to identify new AI use cases
