Description
Responsible for the test development of SoC devices from the test concept phase through the ramp-up of the test solution, both hardware and software, for volume production. Lead an innovative effort to cover all Test Engineering aspects of a brand new challenge. Create test programs and test hardware for debugging, characterization, and optimization towards mass production. Cooperate with design, hardware and software teams, regarding DFX requirements, test evaluation, analysis and debugging of the device.

Basic Qualifications
- A team player, with the ability to work in a rapidly evolving environment
- Experience with state-of the art Automated Test Equipment (ATE), preferably on Teradyne UltraFlex and Advantest 93k
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
- 15 years or more of experience in the field of IC development, including test programs development, test hardware design, product characterization and product manufacturing.
- Experience in leading a small team or in being a technology leader in a leading edge, innovative, area.
- Familiar with chip design processes
- Knowledge of SoC testing during both the development and volume production stages, including product ramp-up
Preferred Qualifications
- Wide knowledge and experience in silicon debug techniques and flows.
- Experience with C or C++ programing
- Deep understanding of DFT and DFM methods
