Real Time Group, LTD is looking for a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer with strong experience in both Microsoft Azure cloud environments and on-premise infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for multiple environments.
• Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure on Azure and hybrid/on-prem systems.
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and scaling processes.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and IT teams to streamline delivery pipelines.
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and security across environments.
• Manage configuration, infrastructure as code (IaC), and containerization solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement preventive measures.
• Monitor systems and implement alerting/logging solutions.

Minimum Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (VMs, Networking, Storage, AKS, etc.).
• Strong experience managing on-premise environments (Windows/Linux servers, networking).
• Proven experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, ARM templates, Bicep).
• Solid scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and system architecture.
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Azure Monitor).

Ways to stand out from a crowd:

• Bachelors Degree.
• Experience in hybrid cloud architectures.
• Knowledge of security best practices and DevSecOps.
• Certifications in Azure (AZ-104, AZ-400, etc.).
• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
