In this role you will

Define and own the architecture for large‑scale, distributed systems from concept to production

Translate user stories and business requirements into robust technical designs in close collaboration with Product Managers, Data Scientists and Engineering

Work side‑by‑side with Data Scientists and Data Engineers, fostering knowledge sharing, architectural governance and best practices

Champion Agile, TDD and BDD methodologies to streamline CI/CD across the development lifecycle

Design and guide high‑performance, secure and scalable solutions for Big Data and AI workloads

Continuously evaluate and introduce emerging technologies to enhance scalability, reliability, security and innovation

Requirements

BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field

Relevant cloud or architecture certifications (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) - Advantage

5+ years of experience leading solution/system architecture for large‑scale distributed systems from design to production

Proven experience designing and deploying Big Data and AI solutions on AWS, GCP or Azure; strong knowledge of metadata, taxonomy and big data object models; familiarity with machine learning frameworks and concepts

Hands‑on experience with Java, C++ or Python, including building proof‑of‑concepts; knowledge of cybersecurity practices and Agile/DevOps methodologies; knowledge of C4I, communication systems and protocols - Advantage

English at a high professional level
