About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled C++ Developer to join our R&D team and play a key role in developing and maintaining our core product. This position involves solving complex technical challenges, particularly in the areas of networking, proxy technologies, and system performance. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain the company’s main product, ensuring code is clean, efficient, scalable, and aligned with business and client needs.
• Solve complex technical challenges using creative and innovative approaches, particularly in areas related to proxy networks, networking layers, and security-focused technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UX, and Engineering to define requirements and deliver new features and enhancements.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to knowledge sharing, and help improve development standards, best practices, and team efficiency.
• Continuously learn and adapt, staying current with new technologies, methodologies, and industry trends relevant to the product.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a C++ developer working on production-grade systems.
• Experience in developing networking-related products – strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of network protocols, proxy networks, and related communication technologies – advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to approach challenges creatively.
• Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving requirements.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• High level of professionalism, ownership, and commitment to producing high-quality code.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to continuously improve.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
