Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full development lifecycle end-to-end — from architecture design to production delivery
• Manage and mentor a team of developers, setting goals and overseeing execution
• Drive technical planning processes while collaborating with senior leaders
• Establish high standards for code quality, development processes, and code reviews
• Own and oversee cloud infrastructure operations and evolution
• Identify opportunities for improvement and lead technological initiatives focused on operational efficiency and revenue growth using AI-driven automation
• Work closely with senior business stakeholders across the organization

Requirements

• 3+ years of managerial experience leading software development teams
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer — both frontend and backend
• Strong experience in cloud environments (services, deployment, security, operations)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and make decisions
• Demonstrated technical leadership, including architecture and building engineering culture
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
