We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer who is a Front-End expert at heart. You will play a key role in evolving our web platform and eventually helping us bridge the gap toward a native mobile experience (React Native). We need a developer who doesn't just "build features," but someone who thinks deeply about system efficiency, performance trade-offs, and maintainability. You will work closely with the CTO and Tech Lead to ensure our stack remains pragmatic and scalable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the Front-End lifecycle using Next.js and React, ensuring high-fidelity UI and seamless state management.
• Contribute to our NestJS backend, maintaining a clean and typed API layer.
• Evaluate our current architecture to identify opportunities for simplification and performance optimization.
• Help define the transition strategy from a web-heavy platform to a unified React Native mobile experience.
• Leverage modern development tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to accelerate delivery and maintain high code quality.
  
  

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Full-Stack development, with a clear mastery of the Front-End ecosystem.
• Deep knowledge of React and the Next.js framework (including understanding SSR/ISR vs. Client-side trade-offs).
• Proven experience with Node.js and NestJS - you understand how to build scalable, structured backends.
• A "Pragmatic Architect" mindset: You choose the right tool for the job, not just the trendiest one.
• Experience with (or a strong desire to master) React Native.
• Bonus: Previous experience in Gaming companies.
• Working from the Tel Aviv office 4 times a week .
