CereBI is Hiring Founding Team Data Researcher to Redefine the "Nervous System" of Complex Supply Chains

We analyze massive, heterogeneous datasets to identify failure points and provide autonomous optimization. Backed by top-tier accelerators and strategic US & Israeli public companies partners, we turn logistical chaos into smart operations. We have the real-world data, and now we need the founding researcher to join us to do some magic. 

The Role:

We are looking for a brilliant and independent Data Researcher to join our founding team as employee #1. You will be responsible for designing and building the research foundations, working with complex data architectures, building robust ML pipelines, and leveraging Agentic AI to create autonomous systems that not only find problems but also reason through them.

What You’ll Do:

• Architect ML Pipelines: Design, implement, and scale end-to-end machine learning pipelines to process and analyze massive amounts of operational data.
• Implement Agentic AI: Develop and utilize AI agents capable of autonomous reasoning, multi-step goal execution, and adaptive decision-making.
• Deep Research: Explore and prototype new models for anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and process optimization.
• Shape the Foundation: As an early employee, you will help establish our research standards, tooling, and the overall engineering culture.
• End-to-End Ownership: From identifying the research question to deploying the solution in production. You own the cycle.

Who You Are:

• Radically Independent: You thrive in ambiguity. You don’t wait for a Jira ticket; you identify what needs to be done and build it.
• Architect & Researcher: You have a deep understanding of ML fundamentals but also the engineering chops to build the infrastructure that supports them.
• Agentic AI Enthusiast: You are excited by the shift from static models to autonomous agents and have experience (or a deep desire to build) with agentic frameworks.
• Problem Solver: You love tackling messy, "real-world" data and finding the signal within the noise.

Requirements:

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Pursuing or holding a Ph.D. is a significant plus.
• Proven experience in building and deploying ML pipelines at scale.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks or building autonomous AI workflows.
• Experience in Logistics/Supply Chain data — Nice to have, but not a must.
