At our Haifa site, we are looking for a Systems Engineer to leading the development of advanced UAV avionics and C4I (Command and Control) systems.

In this role you will

Lead design, development, and verification of complex software intensive System of Systems solutions, from concept definition through detailed design, implementation, integrations, and testing

Define system and sub system requirements and prepare detailed specification and design documents

Guide and mentor software engineering teams throughout the development process

Conduct design validation and implementation reviews according to defined requirements

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline

Master’s degree in systems engineering – Advantage

At least 3 years of experience in systems engineering, software development, or product management of a complex software intensive system

Experience in multidisciplinary systems design and integration

Familiarity with systems based on multiple TCP/IP interfaces

Experience with Microservices based and WEB based architectures

Experience in developing Command and Control (C4I) systems

Familiarity with UAV operation and architecture – Advantage

Ability to design applications utilizing AI tools

Leadership and team management skills in a matrix environment

Strong analytical skills, quick learning ability, and system level thinking

Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
