We are looking for a hands-on SRE / System Integrator to lead system configuration, deployment, and integration activities across customer environments (internal and external).

This role is responsible for building, deploying, and stabilizing complex distributed systems in client environments while working cross-functionally with Development, QA, DevOps, and third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Deployment and integration of complex microservices-based systems in customer environments
• Working in Linux environments (no Windows-based systems)
• Leading the transition from internal testing to customer delivery and performing acceptance testing (UAT)
• Post-deployment troubleshooting, identifying architectural issues and performance bottlenecks
• Hands-on work with Kubernetes, OpenShift, and HELM
• Configuration management across environments
• Integration of multiple system components and coordination between disciplines (Development, DevOps, QA, etc.)
• Extensive customer-facing interaction – understanding requirements and resolving technical issues on-site
• Taking ownership, leading processes, and demonstrating proactive problem-solving

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in System Integration, DevOps, or deployment of complex systems
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and microservices architectures
• Experience with OpenShift
• Experience working with HELM and configuration management
• Experience in Linux environments
• Strong understanding of system architecture and post-deployment troubleshooting
• Proficiency in C# or Python
• Experience working directly with customers and cross-functional teams
• Strong ownership mindset, leadership ability, and excellent communication skills
