Hiring: Frontend Team Lead (Angular)

Are you a technical leader looking to spearhead the development of a next-generation financial ecosystem?
Cambium is looking for a top-tier Frontend Team Lead to join our elite outsourcing division. You will lead the development of a brand-new, mission-critical trading system for a major player in the Israeli and US capital markets.

The Role:
* Lead & Mentor: Build and manage a team of 5 frontend developers, establishing high coding standards and best practices.
* Architecture: Take full ownership of a complex, real-time trading application using Angular and NGRX.
* Real-Time Systems: Responsibility for implementing and maintaining API WebSockets for seamless, real-time communication.
* Product Ownership: Act as a Product Owner (PO) and provide matrix management for the mobile team.
* Modern Stack: Work within a Microservices architecture including Node.js, Docker, Kubernetes, and Redis.

Requirements:
* Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering – Mandatory.
* Frontend Expert: 4+ years of deep experience as an Angular developer – Mandatory.
* Leadership: 2+ years of experience as a Team Leader –

Mandatory.
* Technical Depth: Proven experience with NGRX, Microservices, and WebSockets.
* Legacy Transition: Experience with AngularJS (for system modernization).

Advantages:
* Backend experience in C# .NET Core.
* Hands-on experience with SQL, MongoDB, Docker, and Kubernetes.
* Background in Fintech or Trading systems.
