What you’ll lead

• Full ownership of the development lifecycle — from architecture to production delivery
• Managing and mentoring a team of developers, setting clear goals and fostering growth
• Driving technical planning processes and collaborating closely with senior leadership
• Setting development standards, code quality practices, and review processes
• Overseeing cloud infrastructure and ensuring best‑in‑class operational excellence
• Identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency, with a strong focus on AI‑driven automation and revenue‑impacting solutions
• Working directly with key stakeholders across the organization

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience managing software development teams
• Proven Full Stack development experience — both Frontend & Backend
• Strong cloud expertise: services, deployments, security, operations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking, ownership, and decision‑making capabilities
• Experience in tech leadership: architecture, development culture, and engineering excellence
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
