As an RF Engineer in our R&D team in Holon, you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of high‑power transmission solutions and RF high‑voltage sub‑systems from concept through integration and system testing
Your Impact
End‑to‑end development of RF products and electromagnetic modules for high‑power transmission systems
Design of components, electromagnetic simulations, PCB layout, mechanical design support, integration, and system testing
Design and implementation of high‑voltage, high‑power RF sub‑systems
Performing RF chain and electromagnetic simulations (CST / HFSS)
RF and DC circuit design and layout
Preparation of electrical schematics and PCB designs
Support of mechanical and electro‑mechanical integration processes
Development of high‑voltage switching boards and pulsed‑power modules
Set‑up and execution of experiments and tests for RF and electromagnetic transmission systems
Creation of technical documentation, development and testing reports
Close collaboration with system, software, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers
Requirements
B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
2-5 years of hands‑on experience in RF systems development
Experience with design and simulation tools such as AWR, CST, Orcad, Expedition
Practical experience in RF and DC circuit design and layout
Strong analytical and self‑management skills - ability to lead engineering tasks independently and as part of a team
Solid technical documentation skills
Willingness and ability to work off‑site when required
Strong Advantages
Experience with High‑Power Microwave (HPM) systems
Experience with high‑voltage and/or pulsed‑power technologies
Hands‑on experience with integration and testing of complex systems
Proven ability to work with multiple interfaces and lead cross‑functional collaboration
