We are looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer to join us and make a real impact on our R&D team! In this role, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of the development of amazing new products, specifically within our Desking and CRM domains. This is a chance to work on a new, fully integrated product that is built to scale, working inside a smart, fun, and dynamic Israeli engineering team.

We seek a talented hands-on engineer, passionate about tackling tech challenges, with a proactive approach to push forward, a love for coding, and a dedication to excellence. This role has the potential to grow into a Tech Lead position, taking on responsibilities like mentoring others and potentially leading up to two teams.

This position is based out of our Jerusalem or Tel-Aviv offices and reports to the Dev Team Lead. We offer a hybrid work model with flexibility, requiring 3 days a week in either office.

What you will be responsible for:

• Write clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code across both the frontend and backend.
• Ensure that the projects you work on meet business objectives and coding standards.
• Support the deployment and testing of new products and features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Design and implement APIs and integrations with third-party services to enhance system functionality.
• Optimize application performance through code profiling, monitoring, and refactoring as necessary.
• Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure code robustness and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to foster continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
• Assist in the establishment and enforcement of development standards and coding conventions.
• Act as a technical mentor to junior developers and peers.
  
  

Requirements:

To be a Senior Fullstack Engineer at Fullpath you need to have:

• BSc Computer Science from a top university
• 7+ years of Software Development experience from a SaaS startup and at least 1-2 years in a Technical Leadership role.
• Strong hands-on experience with React (Frontend) and NodeJS (Backend) - must. (Experience with NestJS is a strong advantage)
• Deep GenAI familiarity and adoption including daily hands-on experience using AI and emerging technologies (such as Cursor or ClaudCode) - a must
• Strong SQL skills with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar. (Hands-on experience with TypeORM is a strong advantage)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS, or similar services and tools, including experience with messaging services like RabbitMQ or SQS.
• Experience building and maintaining scalable web applications.
• Experience with supporting fast paced scaling Production Systems
• Experience designing and working with microservices architecture.
