In this role you will

Lead, mentor, and develop software leaders and engineering teams

Define and apply software architecture, design standards, and development best practices

Drive execution and delivery of complex software projects aligned with organizational goals

Collaborate closely with product, systems, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration

Promote reuse, standardization, and shared components across projects

Establish and track KPIs for development quality, performance, and delivery

Lead continuous improvement initiatives in agility, automation, and CI/CD pipelines

Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of software personnel

Requirements

B.Sc. or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline

7+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years managing team leaders or multiple teams

Hands‑on experience with Java, React, and/or C++

Strong understanding of development lifecycles, CI/CD, and DevOps methodologies

Solid architectural background with ability to guide system design

Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring capabilities

Proven success delivering complex multidisciplinary products on schedule

Experience with large‑scale distributed systems or real‑time environments - Advantage

Familiarity with Agile or SAFe methodologies - Advantage

Background in full‑stack development across client and server - Advantage
