A leading financial organization is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join its Model Development team, responsible for delivering strategic, cross-organizational AI initiatives.

The role focuses on developing and deploying advanced Machine Learning and AI models that support various business units, working with large-scale data in a modern cloud-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced ML models in production environments
• Translate complex business problems into algorithmic solutions
• Analyze and process large-scale structured and unstructured data
• Work within AWS cloud infrastructure
• Leverage advanced AI technologies, including Generative AI (advantage)
• Present insights and findings to business stakeholders
• Measure model performance and continuously optimize outcomes
  
  

Requirements:

Mandatory:

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in model development (from definition through production deployment)
• Minimum 5 years of experience processing and analyzing large-scale tabular data
• Strong development experience in Python
• Experience working in AWS environments
• Academic degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field

• Experience with PySpark
• Experience developing Generative AI-based applications
