Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Shoham for a Vice President of Robotics. The VP of Robotics will lead the development, integration, and optimization of advanced drone systems for warehouse automation. Responsibilities include overseeing R&D initiatives, managing multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the reliability and performance of robotic and electrical systems. In addition, the VP will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and align technology strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Robotics and integration of advanced autonomous systems
• Expertise in Drones, Control, navigation
• Experienxe with ROS, PX4, C++, Python
• Proven experience in Team Management, including leading and mentoring technical teams
• Strategic thinking with the ability to drive innovation and meet organizational goals
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Master’s or PhD in Engineering, Robotics, or a related field is preferred
