Antidote Health is a startup on a mission to create a smart, digital, and AFFORDABLE HMO in the US. We are developing comprehensive health solutions, encompassing both medical services and health insurance, with a focus on reducing healthcare costs through proactive member health management.

Our product is designed to make it easy for members to manage their health. They can schedule video calls with our doctors, receive prescriptions and referrals for labs or specialists directly from the app, track test results, and much more. We have also built a decision support system for our physicians, leveraging data to provide insights to both patients and doctors in order to promote preventive care.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Data Analyst (10+ years of industry experience) with strong knowledge in Python, SQL, and working within cloud environments—preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare data analysis, with prior experience or education in epidemiology considered a major advantage.

Responsibilities include data extraction, transformation, and visualization to support decision-making and research initiatives. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to derive insights from complex datasets, ensuring data quality and compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Data Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
• Master’s degree is a plus
• 10+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Background in healthcare data or epidemiology (strongly preferred)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
