CI-Semi, division of CI-Systems, is a leader in spectroscopic and optical measurement solutions for the semiconductor industry. We’re seeking a talented NIR Multivariate Chemometrician with expertise in Design of Experiments (DOE) to advance our liquid analysis applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize chemometric models for NIR spectroscopy, focusing on liquids
• Design and apply DOE strategies to improve analytical methods
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate models and methodologies
• Validate models and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Stay updated on latest NIR and chemometrics advancements
• Support internal teams and clients with expert consultation

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Sciences or related field
• Strong experience in NIR spectroscopy and chemometric modeling for liquids
• Proven expertise in DOE and experimental design
• Familiarity with semiconductor industry standards
• Proficient in chemometric/statistical software (SIMCA, JMP, Design-Expert) and programming (Python, R)
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and analytical skills
