Snappy is looking for a Full Stack Team Lead for a full-time position based out of its Petah Tikva office. In this role, you will lead a team of developers to design, implement, and optimize front-end and back-end applications. Your responsibilities will include coordinating team activities, performing code reviews, defining system architecture, ensuring high-quality standards, and driving continuous improvements in the development process. You will also collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and support the team in solving complex technical challenges.

• Proficiency in front-end technologies including JavaScript, React, or Vue.js
• Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java
• Strong understanding of database design and technologies, including SQL and NoSQL
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with leading teams, mentoring developers, and managing Agile development processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent experience is also considered
• Experience in eCommerce, gifting, or consumer tech industries is a plus
