Junior Java Developer 

Datos Health is looking for a motivated Junior Java Developer to join our Integrations team and help build a leading remote care platform.

Datos is a fully automated Remote Care platform designed to directly connect patients with medical sources of care from their own homes. Our platform enables care teams to monitor, analyze, and predict adverse events in real-time, successfully managing even the most complex medical protocols at a fraction of the cost of traditional offerings. We are uniquely positioned to take remote healthcare to the next level for pharmaceutical companies, providers, and patients alike. 

Responsibilities 

• Contribute to our API portfolio: Support the development and maintenance of our core APIs.  
• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with the core development, product, and QA teams.  
• Customer-facing integrations: Assist in designing and implementing integration solutions for our customers.  
• Core Development: Participate in evolving our full-stack software platform and operational workflows. 

Requirements 

• Java Foundations (Must): 0–2 years of experience writing code within the Java ecosystem.  
• B.Sc. in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field from a leading university, with a GPA of 80 or above. 
• AI-Driven Development: Experience with, or strong interest in learning, AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, or GitHub Copilot. 
• Cloud: Basic understanding of cloud architecture and services. 
• Database Knowledge: Experience working with SQL databases.  
• Self-Learner: A proven ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies. 

Advantages 

• Experience with the Spring framework.  
• Familiarity with Front-End development.  
• Knowledge of major cloud providers - Azure, AWS, or GCP (big advantage). 
• Basic understanding of DevOps (build pipelines, automation scripts, etc.).
