Who we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior SW Technical Lead to take a central role in our R&D team developing a surgical robotic platform that will revolutionize ophthalmic surgery. You will have the opportunity to work and design a first-in-market product within a dynamic, open, and fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for design and development of software that controls an advanced multidisciplinary medical robotic system.


Requirements

  • B.A/B.Sc in computer sciences/engineering from a known academic institution.
  • 7+ years of hands-on software development experience with C++,C, .NET, or Python.
  • Experience in software architecture and object oriented design.
  • Experience with multithreading – an advantage.
  • Strong performance optimization skills.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools or agentic workflows for coding, debugging, testing, or documentation.
  • Ability to use AI-assisted tools effectively while maintaining engineering rigor, code quality, and traceability.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills (Hebrew & English).
