We are looking for a Client Applications Domain Manager to lead and scale a development domain within the organization. The role includes leading approximately three development teams, building and implementing development methodologies, aligning technology with business needs, and driving innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technological leadership for complex and business critical projects

Translate business requirements into scalable and practical technological solutions

Own development methodologies, code quality, architecture, and DevOps practices

Lead development teams and team managers, including mentoring, leadership development, and succession planning

Work closely with senior management and business stakeholders as a strategic partner, not only as a technology provider

Build and execute a multi year technology roadmap

Implement AI tools and improve development productivity

Take full ownership of delivery, timelines, and SLA improvements

Lead hiring, onboarding, retention, and employee engagement

Promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability

Requirements

Proven experience managing Team Leads or Tech Leads, or leading multiple development teams in parallel

Strong hands on background in software development and architecture with deep technical understanding

Demonstrated ability to drive change and implement new technologies

Experience working directly with senior management, business units, and stakeholders

Ability to lead in a matrix environment and influence without formal authority

Strong system level thinking with business understanding and awareness of bottom line impact

Excellent presentation, persuasion, and interpersonal communication skills

Experience in insurance or financial services

Experience with Agile at scale

Experience growing and scaling a development domain or organization
