We are seeking for a Senior Business Data Analyst to join the business analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Analyze Performance: Evaluate the results and accuracy yields of the automated ID authentication processes performed by Au10tix services.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, Client Managers, R&D, and other stakeholders to drive impact. Turn complex data into actionable business insights to improve products and client success.
• Data Mining: Perform complex analysis using SQL, Python, and BI Tools to see beyond the numbers and understand exactly how users interact with our products.
• AI & Model Optimization: Leverage machine learning and AI-driven analytics to identify patterns in fraud detection, helping to refine automated decision-making models.
• Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain business performance reports and proactive alerts to ensure business processes meet company goals and KPIs.
• Team Dynamics: Deliver high-quality insights under pressure as a dedicated team player with exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in a Business Data Analyst or similar role.
• Education: BA/B.Sc. in Industrial/Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or equivalent.
• SQL Expert: Advanced, expert-level SQL skills are a must.
• Excel Mastery: High proficiency in Excel is a must.
• Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills; you are resourceful, creative, and a quick learner.
• Business Acumen: Strong business orientation with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Communication: Demonstrated success in communicating complex insights through written, verbal, and presentation formats.
• Technical Tools:
• Experience developing reports with BI/Visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.) – Advantage.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis – Advantage.
• Industry Experience: Experience working within a B2B SaaS company – Advantage.
