The Operational Research (OR) Unit in Holon is a multidisciplinary research group operating at the cutting edge of sigint & EW technology.

We combine expertise in algorithmic research, signal processing, and machine learning.

We are looking for curious, creative, and analytical thinkers who can take a research concept, develop it, and turn it into a working algorithmic solution.

In This Role You Will

Research and develop signal processing algorithms for radar systems

Define methodologies, develop mathematical models, and conduct theoretical research

Perform performance analysis, simulations, and build proof of concept demonstrators

Work independently on challenging technological problems alongside experienced researchers

Take part in innovative research aimed at developing advanced radar sensing solutions

Demonstrate initiative and creative thinking – from concept to practical implementation

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – Electrical Engineering / Mathematics / Physics

Master’s or PhD – a significant advantage

At least 3 years of experience in radar signal processing, including spatial processing and parameter estimation

Strong understanding of radar processing fundamentals

Proficiency in MATLAB and/or Python

Background in Machine Learning and/or Artificial Intelligence – an advantage

Ability to work independently, think creatively, and lead research ideas from concept to implementation
