Responsibilities:

·      Design and develop solutions primarily on the Salesforce platform using Apex programming

      language and lightning component

·      Develop software solutions using Salesforce.com API framework, and 3rd party APIs

·      Impact custom features look & feel

·      Participate in all aspects of the product development life cycle

·      Collaborate closely with QA and Professional Service teams

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Salesforce development, including APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems and using APIs
• Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builders, and custom objects
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming and software design principles
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent communication skills in explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II) are highly advantageous
• Proactive work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects
• Advantage: working with Heroku, integrating using MuleSoft
• Advantage: experience in workforce management or scheduling algorithms
