We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join a company that is leading provider of employee benefits and welfare solutions in Israel. This role is critical for an organization undergoing a massive digital transformation, specifically focusing on migrating our service ecosystem to Azure.

Key Responsibilities

• Azure Migration Lead: Orchestrate and execute the seamless migration of on-premise services into the Azure ecosystem, ensuring zero-downtime transitions.
• Infrastructure as Code: Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade infrastructure using Terraform. You will be responsible for modularizing our stack and enforcing best practices.
• Performance & Scaling: Monitor system health and scale infrastructure to meet the demands of a high-growth, high-intensity environment.

Technical Requirements

• Experience: 5–7 years of dedicated experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cloud Architecture.
• Terraform Expertise: Mastery of Terraform providers (specifically Azure), state management, and the creation of reusable modules.
• Azure Mastery: Deep architectural knowledge of Azure services (AKS, App Services, Azure Functions, Networking, and Security).
• Data Layer Proficiency: Proven knowledge with DevOps tasks related to MSSQL, MongoDB and Redis.

• CI/CD: Experience with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
