Senior Data Engineer / SQL Developer

We are looking for a Senior SQL Developer / Data Engineer to join our team and play a key role in developing and optimizing data processes for an advanced medical product. The role involves working with large-scale data environments, designing data solutions, and improving performance across complex systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL-based data processing solutions

Work with large-scale databases and high-volume data environments

Develop, optimize, and maintain complex ETL processes

Design and implement advanced data solutions that support business and product needs

Analyze and improve database performance and query efficiency

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data integration and analytics requirements

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide creative, efficient solutions

Requirements

Extensive experience in development and maintenance of Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) databases – mandatory

Strong experience working with complex information systems and large data volumes – mandatory

Experience developing and maintaining complex ETL processes – mandatory

Advantage for experience with DATASTAGE architectures and SSIS – mandatory

Experience working with Data Warehouse (DWH) models and understanding of multidimensional data models – mandatory

Advantages

Experience with Elasticsearch, including queries, optimization, and index management

Experience writing MongoDB Aggregation Pipelines

Experience working with Kafka

Experience maintaining SQL Servers
