Join the Software Division at Elta Systems and play a key role in integrating AI tools and secure software development practices across the organization. This role combines technical expertise with methodological support to advance key defense projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement AI/LLM tools and frameworks in software development processes

• Promote and support secure coding practices and SSDLC methodologies

• Build and manage an annual plan for AI & cybersecurity initiatives across teams

• Assist development teams with technical guidance and best practices

• Deliver training sessions and lectures on AI and secure development topics

• Implement and standardize development tools and processes across the organization

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field – mandatory

• Experience in secure coding – mandatory

• Minimum 1 year experience with GenAI tools in software development – mandatory

• Experience with VS Code or Visual Studio – advantage

• Experience with GitHub Copilot, Codium, Continue.dev – advantage

• Experience implementing systems, processes, or development environments – advantage
