About The Role
We’re looking for a highly skilled
Web Solutions Engineer—someone who lives and breathes the web, thrives on solving complex puzzles, and enjoys navigating the intricacies of modern browsers, networks, and hybrid environments.
In this role, you will become the expert behind BioCatch’s Web SDK integrations for enterprise customers worldwide. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges across browsers, WebViews, and customer environments; enable seamless integrations; and partner with both internal and external engineering teams to ensure high-quality deployments.

What You’ll Do
Lead Web SDK integrations for global enterprise customers, primarily in the banking and financial sectors.
Investigate and resolve advanced web issues including CORS, cookies, storage, CSP, CDN failures, ad blockers, redirects, caching, and hybrid/WebView behaviors.
Support Solution Engineers, R&D, and BioCatch customers, by providing high-level technical expertise, root cause analysis, guidance on complex edge cases, and ensure successful deployments
Manage SDK configurations and version upgrades, including bootstrapping, NPM delivery, session continuity, and environment tuning.
Create and maintain technical guides, best practices, and internal training to empower SE teams across regions.
Ensure integrations are secure, resilient, and optimized across browsers, devices, and customer environments.
About You

Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web development (ES6+, DOM APIs, async patterns)
- Strong experience with React, Next.js, and production-grade web applications
- Deep understanding of browser fundamentals, including Chrome/Safari/Firefox differences, WebView nuances, event loops, and rendering behavior
- Excellent knowledge of network mechanics - headers, cookies, CORS, CSP, redirects, caching layers
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered web issues end-to-end
- Strong communication skills, especially in enterprise-facing environments
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- High proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Experience working in a global, cross‑time‑zone environment
- Independent, resourceful, and comfortable owning high-impact technical investigations
Optional but Advantageous
- Experience integrating or supporting SDKs, libraries, or SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with mobile WebView behavior (iOS/Android, hybrid apps)
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering groups
- Understanding of data collection patterns or instrumentation frameworks
