We are looking for an experienced and motivated Automation Team Lead to join our defence team and manage the automation domain
This is a full-time position in Netanya
In this role, you will lead the automation domain, drive the automation strategy, and manage a team of automation engineers.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing automation frameworks, improving testing processes, and ensuring high-quality delivery across projects
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers.
- Define and implement automation frameworks, tools, and best practices.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions.
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure high-quality standards and continuous improvement of automation processes.
Profile description:
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in a technical leadership role managing engineering or automation teams.
- Strong hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Jenkins, Git, Terraform).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python / Java / Javascript / Playwright
- Experience with test automation and CI/CD processes.
- Experience building automation infrastructure from scratch.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working with AI tools – an advantage.
