Sentrycs is seeking a talented leader to join our R&D organization lead our growth in the multi-layer command and control application.

Resposibilities:

• Take end-to-end ownership of the core company command and control counter drones application
• Drive the transition to multi layer cross corporate application of mission critical, home land security and defence segments
• Scale the current team (10 engineers) to multi teams organization
• Lead, mentor, grow the team
• Take end-to-end ownership of products and components, from design through implementation and long-term maintenance
• Fast pace, agile, startup mindset wile mentation high quality, mature solution
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven success as VP R&D of starutup
• Managing experience – at least second level management (managed TL)
• SaaS / application / servers
• Experience with agile methodologies, and adoption of AI development tools.
• Proven success in designing and delivering large scale programs that impact long term business goals and revenue.
• Tech: Front end (React), backend (phyton)
• Preferred: massive AI usage
