Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Software Development Manager to lead development teams in a regulated financial environment.

This role combines hands-on technical understanding with strategic leadership, innovation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage development teams, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to timelines

• Oversee development and ongoing maintenance of core systems and digital assets

• Drive technological innovation aligned with business needs and company strategy

• Continuously improve development and deployment processes using DevOps automation tools and Agile methodologies

• Ensure compliance with strict financial regulations and information security standards

• Lead complex, long-term technological projects across multiple domains

• Manage department budget, recruitment, and professional training

• Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, infrastructure, and security teams

Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree

• 5–7 years of experience managing development teams in organizations

• 3–5 years of hands-on development experience

• Experience working in Agile environments

• Strong knowledge of databases and SQL

• Experience working with Git and CI/CD processes

• Experience managing or closely collaborating with QA teams

• Proven leadership capabilities and ability to define technological vision and strategy

• Experience working under financial regulations and strict security requirements

• Strong business understanding and experience working with internal stakeholders
