We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite & Finance Applications Implementor to manage, optimize, and enhance our NetSuite ERP platform. This role will be responsible for system configuration, integrations, automation, reporting, and ongoing support across Finance, Operations, and Business teams.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with business process understanding and the ability to translate requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain NetSuite ERP platform (roles, permissions, workflows, customizations)
• Manage user access, security, and compliance controls
• Perform system updates, testing, and release management
• Configure NetSuite modules (Financials, Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, etc.)
• Develop and maintain: Saved Searches, Reports & Dashboards, Workflows, Custom records & fields
• Implement SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteScript customizations
• Design and maintain integrations with third-party systems (CRM, HRIS, billing, banking, etc.)
• Automate business processes and reduce manual effort
• Provide Level 2/3 support for NetSuite users
• Troubleshoot system issues and performance bottlenecks
• Build financial and operational reports
• Ensure data integrity and governance
• Act as NetSuite subject matter expert
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience administering NetSuite
• Strong understanding of ERP processes (Finance, AR/AP, GL, Revenue Recognition)
• Hands-on experience with: SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, Saved Searches & Reporting, CSV imports
• Experience with system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• NetSuite Administrator or Developer Certification- Advantage
• Experience in SaaS / high-growth environments- Advantage
• Knowledge Revenue Recognition- Advantage
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Self-driven and proactive
