As a BI and Data Engineer, you will play a critical role in our BI product development. If you have a background in data engineering and enjoy providing end-to-end solutions, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable data models with efficient data extraction from multiple internal and external sources
- Develop complex ETL/ELT processes and advanced SQL queries
- Translate business requirements into end-to-end BI and data solutions and collaboration with stakeholders, analysts, and senior leadership
- Build and maintain robust end-to-end data pipelines and enrichment processes
- Architect, implement, and optimize data warehouses and data marts to support advanced analytics and reporting
- Serve as the focal point for all data-related matters across the organization
- Monitor and optimize BI systems for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Support and train end-users to maximize the effectiveness and adoption of BI solutions
- Design and develop AI-powered data solutions and intelligent agents leveraging organizational data
- Architect, build, and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor business performance and KPIs
- Architect data pipelines optimized for AI/ML and LLM-based use cases
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer / BI Engineer
- Strong knowledge of data warehouse (DWH) methodologies and best practices
- Design and lead dbt development, establishing modular data modeling, automated testing, version control standards, and performance optimization
- Expert-level SQL and relational database skills, with proven ability to write complex, optimized queries
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake or other analytical databases
- Hands-on experience with Tableau or an equivalent BI tool
- Proven ability to deliver end-to-end solutions from business requirements to production
- B.Sc. degree in Information Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong analytical mindset with a proactive “make it happen” attitude
- Familiarity with orchestration frameworks (e.g., Airflow) – advantage
- Experience integrating AI solutions into production environments – advantage
