We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to own and evolve the reliability, scalability, and security of Adge’s production infrastructure. This is a hands-on role for an experienced engineer who can build from scratch, excels in SaaS infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, thrives in complex distributed systems, supports heavy data pipelines and AI workloads, and enables fast, safe product iteration.

You will work closely with engineering, data, and AI teams to ensure the platform is production-grade, observable, and cost-efficient as we scale from startup velocity to enterprise reliability.

• Design, build, and maintain cloud-native infrastructure for a hyper-scalable SaaS platform
• Own Kubernetes-based environments supporting microservices, data pipelines, and ML workloads
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines enabling rapid, safe deployments
• Implement monitoring, alerting, logging, and incident response best practices
• Drive infrastructure-as-code, security hardening, and cost optimization
• Support MLOps workflows for model deployment, monitoring, and rollback
• Partner with engineering leadership to reduce operational risk and technical debt

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps / Platform / Infrastructure engineering
• Formal education in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong hands-on experience with GCP
• Deep expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
• Proven experience with Terraform / Pulumi or similar IaC tools
• Strong background in CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, etc.)
• Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry)
• Understanding of data-intensive and AI-driven systems
• Experience supporting production SaaS systems at scale
• Experience in AdTech or a high-growth startup environment is a strong advantage
