We’re looking for a strong Full-Stack Engineer to join our R&D team and help shape, scale, and continuously improve a product with real-world impact — used daily by patients and clinicians.
This is a cross-stack role with a
balanced frontend/backend focus (close to 50/50). We’re not looking for someone heavily skewed to one side - we need an engineer who can comfortably operate across the stack and think system-wide.
You’ll own features end-to-end - from API design and backend architecture to building performant, intuitive React interfaces.
We work in an AI-accelerated environment, and we expect engineers to be comfortable leveraging modern AI tools as part of their daily workflow to increase productivity and code quality.
Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end: architecture, backend, frontend, deployment, monitoring.
- Design clean, scalable backend systems (Mostly Python).
- Build high-quality, performant React + TypeScript applications.
- Make pragmatic architectural decisions, understanding technical trade-offs.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and other engineers.
- Maintain high engineering standards: code reviews, testing, documentation.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and observability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system resilience.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience building production-grade systems as a Full-Stack Engineer.
- Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.
- Solid backend experience with Python or Node.js (Flask/FastAPI or similar).
- Comfortable working across both frontend and backend layers (close to a 50/50 profile).
- Strong understanding of API design, data modeling, and relational databases.
- Actively uses AI development tools as part of their workflow.
- Strong ownership mindset - you build it, you ship it, you support it.
- Clear, collaborative, and proactive communication skills.
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure is a plus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices is a plus.
