At Elbit Systems, we’re building something new at the intersection of Cloud, AI, and Defense, and we’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Team Lead to join our site in Netanya.

We’re looking for

A skilled and passionate Full Stack leader with a broad technical background in cloud and AI, eager to lead a multidisciplinary development team in the defense technology domain. This is a unique opportunity to drive a product with real-world impact and take part in meaningful, mission-driven innovation. You’ll lead the creation of a new product from concept to deployment in an environment where technology meets purpose.

Role Responsibilities

Define the technological vision and lead architecture and stack selection

Develop scalable, secure, and observable cloud-based microservices, including CI/CD pipelines

Integrate advanced AI/ML capabilities (LLMs, MLOps, model serving, and monitoring)

Hands-on Full Stack development: Backend (Node.js / Python / Java) and Frontend (React / Angular / Vue)

Design and maintain air‑gapped environments for critical systems operating securely without external connectivity

Collaborate with Product, Data, DevOps, and Security teams, manage dependencies, and meet SLOs and SLAs

Establish infrastructure for observability (logging, metrics, tracing), security (IAM, encryption, secrets), and cost efficiency

Requirements

B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

7+ years of software development experience, including 2–3 years in technical leadership or team management

Proficiency in cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP), including Kubernetes / Docker and IaC (Terraform / CloudFormation)

Strong Full Stack expertise — backend services, APIs, databases, and modern frontend frameworks

Proven experience building or maintaining air‑gapped or on‑prem systems including deployment and repository management

High-level English proficiency

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
