THE ROLE
We’re looking for a strong and hands-on Product Analytics Team Lead to join our data organization. In this role, you’ll lead the Product Analytics function, partnering closely with Product, Growth, and Engineering to drive data-informed product decisions across our app portfolio. You’ll combine leadership and execution, guiding analysts, shaping analytical best practices, and personally diving deep into product data to uncover insights that drive growth and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Analysts, setting high standards of analytical excellence.
- Partner closely with Product Managers to define KPIs, success metrics, and measurement frameworks.
- Drive product performance analysis across user funnels, engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Lead and oversee experimentation initiatives, ensuring high-quality design, execution, and analysis of A/B tests.
- Translate complex product questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations, while establishing clear and consistent product metrics across dashboards and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Product teams to improve data models and semantic definitions.
- Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics, preferably in a mobile environment.
- 3+ years of experience leading and managing analytics teams.
- Proven track record of leading A/B testing initiatives end-to-end, including experiment design, analysis, and business impact evaluation.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL and BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
- Demonstrated experience partnering closely with Product teams and influencing product strategy.
- Deep understanding of product KPIs such as activation, retention, engagement, LTV, and funnel optimization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent English, written and spoken.
