Job Description:

Matrix is looking for a talented Automation Development Team Leader to lead our team. This is a unique opportunity to take a leadership role in developing advanced automation processes and complex technological systems, combining hands-on development with team management and technical mentorship.

Key Requirements:

• Education: B.Sc. in Software Engineering or a related field – Required.
• Experience: At least 5 years of development experience in C# (C++ experience is also applicable).
• Leadership: At least 2 years of experience in leading a team or managing large-scale automation projects – Required.
• Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, a proactive team player, and high-level English proficiency – Required.
