We are looking for a senior technological leader to define development standards, guide architecture decisions, and drive innovation across complex hybrid environments.

Role Overview

This role combines architectural leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and methodology ownership across multiple development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define development policies and standards for engineering teams

• Lead development methodologies and best practices

• Design and plan application architecture

• Provide technological guidance and professional mentorship to developers

• Oversee configuration management, development tools, and deployment methods

• Build and evolve application architecture in hybrid environments (On-Prem & Cloud)

• Implement modern tools and optimize system performance

• Lead technical knowledge across technologies such as Microservices, NoSQL, SQL, Python, C#, .NET Core, .NET, Angular

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant development experience – mandatory

• Strong hands-on experience in design and development across:

API/WS, Full Stack, Python, C#, .NET Core, .NET, Angular 8+ – mandatory

• Proven experience developing in cloud and hybrid infrastructures (On-Prem, GCP, AWS)

• Experience working in Agile methodologies

• Strong advantage: experience with Microservices, Containers, Kubernetes, Cloud-Native architectures
