Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring a Full Stack Development Team Lead for a large public organization

We are looking for an experienced Development Team Lead to head the next generation of a global consular system serving missions worldwide.

Role Overview

This role combines strong technical leadership with hands-on development expertise in a large-scale, mission-critical system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a Full Stack development team (.NET & Angular)

• Take ownership of architecture planning, solution design, and implementation

• Manage end-to-end development projects

• Distribute tasks, mentor developers, and provide professional guidance

• Promote high coding standards and DevOps best practices

• Oversee development processes in Agile methodologies

• Work with multiple internal stakeholders across the organization

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience – mandatory

• At least 4 years of experience as a Development Team Lead (or similar role with professional team management) – mandatory

• Proven Full Stack development experience with:

• ASP.NET, C# / VB.NET, .NET Core
• XML, JavaScript, CSS, HTML
• Angular 8+ , Bootstrap, TypeScript
• Strong experience with SQL Server and writing complex queries
