About The Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Integration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will take full ownership of designing, building, and delivering end-to-end system integrations — from initial client discovery through to go-live and ongoing support. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless connectivity between platforms, with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build robust inter-system integrations across a variety of platforms and APIs
  • Develop and maintain integration flows, including data mapping, transformation logic, and error handling
  • Write supporting scripts and automation tools using Python, JavaScript, and/or PHP
  • Lead the full integration lifecycle — from requirements gathering and technical scoping through to implementation, testing, and handoff
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients throughout the integration process
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and deliver accordingly
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues proactively and efficiently

Requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience designing and implementing complex inter-system integrations
  • Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and data transformation pipelines
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language: Python, JavaScript, or PHP
  • Solid working knowledge of MySQL — including schema design, query optimization, and data management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and lead technical projects independently
  • Excellent communication skills — able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple integrations simultaneously

Nice to Have

  • Experience with VoIP systems and telephony integrations
  • Hands-on knowledge of Asterisk PBX — a significant advantage
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
