The Role: We are looking for a results-driven Analytics Team Lead to manage a talented group of 5+ multi-domain analysts. Your focus will be 100% on high-level analysis, strategic business logic, and extracting value (No ETL, data modeling, or pipeline management involved!).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & Empower: Manage sprint planning and daily workflows for 5+ analysts.
• Drive Strategy: Define North Star metrics, build analytical frameworks, and implement rigorous A/B testing.
• Optimize & Innovate: Streamline internal processes and build/deploy AI tools for faster insight generation.
• Hands-On Execution: Maintain a "get-it-done" approach to push cross-functional projects to completion.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of proven experience as an Analytics Team Lead (Fintech/B2C is a huge plus!).
• Technical Stack: Expert proficiency in Snowflake and Tableau/ThoughtSpot.
• Analytical Depth: Deep expertise in statistical methods and practical A/B test implementation.
• Hands-On Leader: A "no-fluff" practitioner who can still write complex queries.
• Bonus: Experience developing AI-driven workflows for analytics teams.
