We're looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer to join our R&D engineering team and help build and evolve our next-generation platform. You'll gain hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle, from backend services and APIs to frontend components, while collaborating with experienced engineers on a highly scalable, real-time system used by enterprise customers worldwide.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs for our core platform.
- Take initiative to understand complex challenges and drive features end-to-end - from technical design and implementation through deployment and production monitoring.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure to deploy and monitor your code in production.
- Participate in on-call rotations, maintaining production awareness and ensuring on-demand system availability and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with senior engineers, Product, and Design to deliver robust, high-quality solutions.
- Continuously improve system performance, stability, and code quality.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Computer Science From University (or equivalent), or a graduate of a technological military unit.
- 1–2 years of hands-on development experience (internships and service in a technological military unit count).
- Solid programming fundamentals with practical experience in Python or Java.
- Basic understanding of web technologies - HTML, JavaScript, CSS. Experience with React or Ember is an advantage.
- Familiarity with relational databases and backend architecture concepts.
- Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership - able to understand the environment, identify challenges, and lead solutions independently from planning to production.
- Strong debugging skills and a production mindset, with the ability to respond to incidents and keep systems running under real-world conditions.
- Comfortable participating in on-call rotations and taking responsibility for production health and system uptime.
- Team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with React or Ember.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS) or message brokers (RabbitMQ, Redis).
- Exposure to CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
- Previous experience working in a startup environment.
